Peppermint is also one of my favorite essential oils. Its minty, fresh scent immediately uplifts the mood and relaxes the senses. Much like lavender, peppermint can also relieve stress and has anti-inflammatory properties that is safe to use on the skin. It’s also great for headaches and dizziness. But the best use for peppermint essential oil is for nasal decongestion. It helps unclog the nasal passage and helps relieve colds.

If you love lavender and peppermint you can combine both in an oil burner to give to you the best aromatherapy experience 🙂
